STRIVE in West Dunbartonshire

undefined  The  Lennox Partnership were successful in securing funding, through West Dunbartonshire Council ‘s Jobs Growth Investment Fund which was designed to support third sector organisations to lead projects which met the following criteria:        

  • Early intervention initiatives, with a focus on building individual and community resilience and capacity through an asset based grassroots community development approach
  • Innovative transformational projects, addressing gaps in current provision, specifically regarding the steps before stage one of the strategic skills pipeline
  • Evidence a unique approach that does not duplicate existing provision
  • Evidence an ability to build strong links to local providers, ensuring long term sustainability of the approach following the end of the funding periodundefined

 TLP delivered 3 STRIVE workshops and were able to move 57% of our graduates into employment and many others progressed in terms of confidence , self-esteem and enhanced employability skills which is evident from their quotes.
