Ryan is 21 years old with very little work experience. Ryan’s biggest barrier was his confidence due to his lack of work experience.

Ryan started the 2 week Call Centre training on 14th April 2014 and completed it on 4th May 2014 and during this time we worked on interview techniques, competency based questions and confidence based exercises. Ryan applied for a job with Clyde Shop mobility and preparation was done with his advisor at a 1-2-1 appointment and subsequently was offered the job and commenced employment on 26th May 2014 on a 6 month contract. Ryan is thoroughly enjoying his job and hopefully it leads to something permanent
